Spice of Delhi is a video series which sheds some light on the stories of people running some of the best food businesses. In this inaugural video, we visit Ashok & Ashok, a small family run business since 1984 which is famous for it's meat curries cooked in desi ghee without any usage of water. We talk to the two ladies running the business and how they have been doing it. We learn about how it started, their rules of doing business, how they are adapting to changing markets and more.
