Rustom's Parsi Bhonu is a Parsi restaurant which started in 2015 and has made up quite a bit of fan following in a short period of time. It's run by Kainaz Contractor, who started it in memory of her late father. It's quite popular among locals who wish to taste authentic Parsi food and something offfbeat. But the beginning was not easy. It was a challenge to find good cooks and to train them to get the authentic flavours of a genuine Parsi home cooked food just right. Since Parsis in India are a very small community, getting the right ingredients was also not an easy task. But they overcame the challenges one by one and now Rustom's Parsi Bhonu is one of better known destinations in Northern India for good Parsi food.
